DESCRIPTION:

Acrylex 55 is a very active, ready-for-use stench destroyer. It has specifically been developed for neutralising acrylates. The acrylates/odours are being chemically neutralised /dissembled which makes it possible to access the tank(s) and/or area(s) shortly after the treatment.

The product is mostly used in storage tanks, vessels, scrubbers, gas washers, trucks & containers, ….


FEATURES:


• Acrylex 55 is very effective on the following acylate types:
• EA (=ethylacrylate), BA (=butylacrylate), MA (=methylacrylate), MMA
• (=Methylmetacrylate monomer).
• Bio-degradable.
• 1000 Ltrs Acrylex 55 can neutralise + 200 Ltrs (pure) acrylate.


ADVANTAGES:

• Safe and simple to use.
• Can also be used in alkali solutions.
• The product has no influence on oil/water separators or water treatment installations.
• Because of its concentrated, yet ready for use formulation, Acrylex 55 can be used several times until saturation occurs.


APPLICATION :

Apply Acrylex 55 under low pressure (e.g. butter worth) and circulate between 12 and 24 hours. The circulation time depends on the type and amount of acrylate.


PRECAUTIONS:

• Always wear a universal mask, chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing.
• ALWAYS rinse with water until a neutral pH is reached.
