DESCRIPTION: 

Wetglide is a highly concentrated, synthetic lubricant for smooth non-friction transport of food and beverage packaging.

FEATURES / ADVANTAGES :

  • Usable for any type of water hardness.

  • Ideal for a wide range of packagings (bottles, cans, cardboard) on both synthetic and steel conveyors.
  • Does not affect ink on labels and cartons.
  • Extremely low foaming – no foam build-up on the floor.
  • Excellent cleaning action.
  • Not affected by CO2.
  • Not affected by sulphates and/or other anions in the water solution.

APPLICATIONS: 

Universal maintenance product for conveyors. Extremely low foaming. Highly concentrated. Excellent cleaning power. 
Wetglide is dosed automatically. This product can be used in hard water. 

Recommended concentrations for use: 0,1% (1:1000) – 0,2 %(1:500)

Optimising of the concentration for use depends on site-related factors which can only be determined by a test.

Wetglide is suitable for all materials used on transport/conveyor systems: stainless steel, aluminium, synthetic materials, and most rubbers (natural and/or synthetic).
